Formación Emprendedora: Una Estrategia de Empoderamiento para Comunidades en el Posconflicto en Colombia

Resumen

Internal armed conflict in Colombia left communities facing gaps in infrastructure, basic services, and economic opportunities. In this context, entrepreneurship training emerged as a promising strategy for the reconstruction and social reintegration of conflict victims. The study investigated the impact of entrepreneurship training on the lives of conflict victims, focusing on business skills, self-esteem, resilience, and perceived control over their economic and social destiny. Methodology: A qualitative approach with ethnographic design was used, selecting 20 victims for in-depth interviews. Results: Findings revealed positive effects such as enhanced business skills, increased self-confidence, hope, and empowerment. Participants viewed entrepreneurship as a means to improve their livelihoods and contribute to community development. Discussions: The study underscored the importance of entrepreneurship training for resilience and economic autonomy. Conclusions: Addressing structural challenges and tailoring programs to community-specific needs is crucial for long-term effectiveness and sustainable development.
